Fishing in Vitasjön
Vitasjön is located slightly south of the town of Östra Frölunda in the Svenljunga local authority area. It is the perfect spot to fish in peace and quiet and enjoy the sounds of nature. The lake is also suitable for winter fishing.

Vitasjön lies in valley between hills and mountains, it is so tranquil that the outside world is barely noticeable. Here you will find large perch weighing more than 1.5 kilos (the known record is 1.9 kilos) which require advanced fishing skills to attract. The pike are also large but are tricky to catch due to the availability of food in the lake. A small number of roach exists while the occasional bream has been caught.
