Fishing in Alvhagasjön
The company Alvhaga Vildmark owns three private fishing lakes - Alvhagasjön, Pipesjön och Kvarnsjön - with populations of perch, pike and walleye. All the lakes have calm waters suitable for family fishing trips. You can rent fishing gear, boats and outboards.

Fishing in Eseredssjön
You can fish for planted rainbow trout in Eseredssjön, as well as pike, bream, roach and perch. You can go fishing from a rowboat or a number of jetties. There are several nice barbecue areas around the lake. You can rent a boat here.

Fishing in Fegensjön
Fegensjön provides a great fishing trip for anglers. The lake consists of several narrow bays, shallow creeks and great depths. With over 17 different species inhabiting the lake, you are sure to catch a variety of fish on your hook, including everything from walleye to large pikes.

Fishing in Gräsken
Gräsken consists of lakes Gräsken, Lillgräsken, Dalsjön and Rocksjön. Gräsken is located on the border of Småland and Västergötland approximately two miles west of Gislaved and approximately two miles south of Tranemo.

The Moga-Annlarp fishing area is located near the village of Håcksvik. This is a good spot for freshwater fishing and you could get lucky and catch a nice perch on your hook.

Hensjön offers wonderful fishing opportunities for pike and zander. It is home to the most common fish species: pike, zander, perch, bream, roach and tench.

Fishing in Högsjön
The Högsjön fishery association area consists of the larger Högsjön and the three smaller lakes, Hällesjön, Vivsjön and Ämtasjön.

Fishing in Hurven
Hurven is a good place fish for perch. However, you can also fish for bream, pike and roach. Spin fishing and angling are the most common methods at this lake, trolling and ice fishing to a lesser tent. Ice fishing is common during the winter months.

Kalvsjön is located west of Fegen lake and is linked to the Svansjöarna which is part of the same fisheries conservation area.

Fishing in Ö. Frölunda och Mårdaklev
This large fish conservation area is situated between the urban areas of Östra Frölunda and Mårdaklev in the Svenljunga local authority area and features several lakes as well as parts of the watercourse Ätran and Lillån. In addition to pike, perch, the fish conservation area is also home to zander and eel.

Spaden is popular with anglers and offers wonderful fishing opportunities for pike and zander. Angling and spin fishing for pike is the most popular.
